Who we are
We're a UK company, born and bred. We’re owner-managed and operate on the values of professionalism, value for money and timeliness. We like to think we are the John Lewis of computer maintenance!
We choose our engineers for their speed and technical skills but ultimately their ability to talk to you in plain English.
We currently have offices that look after Oxfordshire, West Berkshire, the West Midlands and most recently, Gloucestershire. We are expanding rapidly and will be opening other offices soon.
What we do

- We can take on any job, big job or small – from making your whole home wireless to fixing a printer
- We can recommend IT equipment that fits your needs
How we charge
We have no call out charge if you’re within the catchment of one of our areas, we simply charge by the hour. We charge £60/hour ex VAT for home customers and £80/hour ex VAT for business customers. We have a minimum half an hour charge to cover our costs.
